Ashton is born! March 7, 2008. Weighing in at 6 lbs 11 oz. Boy am I happy to have small babies! :) The short story is that I had uncomfortable contractions for 2 days, then Thursday night they got painful enough that by Friday morning I thought I should be checked. I thought for sure they wouldn't admit me because they were only about 10 min apart, but when I got there I was dilated to 5! So, a few hours later they broke my water, then a couple hours later I was pushing. I only had to push 19 min, which was a huge improvement from the 2 hours it took with Haleigh. He definitely caused more pain than Haleigh did, I can now understand why people opt for drugs! But when all is said and done, he was worth it!
