Haleigh LOVES her new baby brother

Haleigh has really grown up fast since her baby brother arrived. She is usually very helpful around the house and doing more for herself. It wasn't until after he was born that she was FINALLY potty trained. I would have to say that potty training this child was the hardest thing we have done!

He looks so much like Haleigh!

Ashton Robert Weis arrives!

Ashton is born! March 7, 2008. Weighing in at 6 lbs 11 oz. Boy am I happy to have small babies! :) The short story is that I had uncomfortable contractions for 2 days, then Thursday night they got painful enough that by Friday morning I thought I should be checked. I thought for sure they wouldn't admit me because they were only about 10 min apart, but when I got there I was dilated to 5! So, a few hours later they broke my water, then a couple hours later I was pushing. I only had to push 19 min, which was a huge improvement from the 2 hours it took with Haleigh. He definitely caused more pain than Haleigh did, I can now understand why people opt for drugs! But when all is said and done, he was worth it!
